3. Recipients
We will not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. To provide our services we rely on providers that process data on behalf of INDUSTRIAS LASSER, S.A. (data processors), with whom we have signed the contracts required by the GDPR:
- Web hosting provider, with servers in the European Union.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (corporate email, Microsoft 365).
- HubSpot Ireland Ltd. (contact and communications management, CRM).
- Google Ireland Ltd. (web analytics, only if you accept the relevant cookies).
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (measurement and optimisation of campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, only if you accept advertising cookies).
4. International transfers
Some of these providers, or their sub-processors, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers are made to countries covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (such as US entities certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or with appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Minors
This website is not intended for children under 14. If you are under that age, please do not provide us with your personal data.
7. Social media
INDUSTRIAS LASSER, S.A. has profiles on Instagram and LinkedIn to promote its products and services. If you follow or interact with our profiles, we will process the public data on your profile only within the social network itself and in accordance with its terms; we do not add it to any other system. We may send you messages through the social network if you start the conversation.
You are responsible for any content you post on our profiles. We reserve the right to remove unlawful or offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights. You can read the privacy policies of Instagram and LinkedIn and adjust your privacy settings from your own profile.

INDUSTRIAS LASSER, S.A. applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of your data.
