In compliance with current regulations, INDUSTRIAS LASSER SA informs you that your data will be kept for the legally established period.

By means of this clause, you are informed that your data will be disclosed, if necessary, to public administrations and to any entities with which communication is required in order to fulfil the provision of the aforementioned service.

Failure to provide the data to the aforementioned entities means that the provision of the services cannot be fulfilled.

INDUSTRIAS LASSER SA informs you that it will process the data lawfully, fairly, transparently, adequately, relevantly, in a limited manner, accurately and in an up-to-date fashion. INDUSTRIAS LASSER SA therefore undertakes to adopt all reasonable measures to ensure that such data is deleted or rectified without delay when inaccurate.

You may also contact the relevant Supervisory Authority to file any complaint you consider appropriate.
